Do your pearls need repair? Whether your pearl necklace is broken, needs a new clasp, requires cleaning, or simply needs to be restrung or reknotted, we can help. We repair all types of beaded jewelry, not just pearls.

Jewelry Return Kit – $19.99

When you order a Jewelry Return Kit, we mail you:

• A sturdy box with bubble wrap

• A prepaid USPS return shipping label (up to 12 oz)

• Simple paperwork to tell us about your jewelry and repair needs

Place your jewelry in the box and mail it back to us. You may include multiple pieces in one box. If your jewelry weighs more than 12 oz or includes multiple heavy items, just let us know and we’ll adjust the shipping.

This price includes packaging supplies, shipping to you, and return shipping to us.
Additional insurance is available upon request.

You may also mail your jewelry to us using your own packaging and shipping method. There is no obligation to purchase a return kit.

Our Repair Services

The Pearl Girls® specialize in professional pearl knotting and jewelry repair. Our experienced knotters handle every piece with care, whether it’s a treasured heirloom or a favorite everyday necklace.

We offer:

• Pearl restringing and re-knotting

• Broken strand repair

• Clasp replacement

• Necklace and bracelet resizing

• Adding pearls or beads

• Converting necklaces to bracelets (and vice versa)

• Cleaning and restoration

More Than Pearls

While pearls are our specialty, we repair all beaded jewelry, including:

If you have loose beads or an old piece you no longer wear, we can redesign it into something new. Custom design services are available at $60 per hour.

Your jewelry does not need to be from The Pearl Girls. We repair all brands.

The Pearl Girls® is a woman-owned cultured pearl jewelry company based in Athens, Georgia. Founded in 2006, we transitioned all production to the U.S. to support local jobs and ensure the highest quality craftsmanship.

Because our team is professionally trained in pearl knotting, we recognized a growing need for expert pearl and jewelry repair—and our repair department was born.

What Happens Next

Once your jewelry arrives:

1. We notify you by phone or email

2. We provide a repair estimate

3. After approval, our knotters begin work

4. We contact you for payment

5. Your jewelry is safely returned

Your pieces remain secure and protected throughout the entire process.

Typical turnaround time is up to two weeks. During peak months (November, December, April, and May), turnaround may be up to four weeks.

Rush service is available for an additional fee.

• Restring/Reknot single-strand bracelet (up to 9”) – $60

• Restring/Reknot necklace up to 18” – $125

• Necklace up to 22” – $150

• Necklace up to 25” – $175

• Necklace up to 30” – $200

Other lengths or complex jobs are quoted upon arrival.
