Bring your jewelry with you and we’ll help you get the repair process started.
Option B: Mail Your Jewelry Directly to Us
Package your jewelry and mail it directly to us! Our mailing address is the same as our physical address:

Option C: Order a Jewelry Return Kit
Want us to make it easy?
Order our Jewelry Return Kit and we’ll mail you:
- A sturdy box
- Packing materials
- A jewelry repair form
- A prepaid USPS shipping label for sending your jewelry to us
Simply package your jewelry, complete the form, attach the label, and send it back.
You can even include multiple pieces of jewelry in the same box.
(This is the option most of our mail-in repair customers choose.)
step 3
We Count, Document and Photograph
Once your jewelry arrives at The Pearl Girls, we notify you and begin our intake process.
We carefully document what you’ve sent us.
Depending on the piece, this may include:
- Counting the pearls or beads
- Recording details about the jewelry
- Photographing each piece
- Noting its condition and repair needs
This creates a record of your jewelry before work begins.
step 4
Consultation, Design, Estimate
Every repair is a little different.
Sometimes it’s straightforward: your strand broke and you want it restrung just as it was.
Other times, there’s more to discuss.
Maybe you’d like to:
* Shorten a necklace
* Lengthen a bracelet
* Replace a clasp
* Add or replace pearls
* Clean the jewelry
* Change the design
* Turn a necklace into bracelets
* Create something new from inherited pearls or beads
We’ll evaluate your jewelry and determine what is needed.
Before we begin the repair, we’ll provide an estimate for your approval.
Have questions or need to make a design decision? We’ll work with you to determine the best approach for your piece.
Step 5
WE GET TO WORK!
Once you approve the estimate and pay for your repair, your jewelry goes to our repair team.
Our experienced knotters and jewelry makers perform the approved work, whether that’s restringing, reknotting, resizing, replacing a clasp, cleaning, repairing, or redesigning your jewelry.
Step 6
we return your jewelry
After you pay, we package your jewelry in its original packaging and mail it back to you, making sure it is insured to your specification.
