Pearl Jewelry Repair
Even a beautiful strand of pearls eventually needs attention.
Over time, the silk or string holding a necklace or bracelet can become stretched, soiled, worn, or weakened. You may begin to notice more movement between the pearls and knots, or the strand may simply stop hanging the way it once did.
And sometimes a necklace just breaks.
Our knotters can restring and reknot your pearls, helping restore the look, feel, and security of your jewelry.

We receive vintage and heirloom pearls from customers across the country—often accompanied by stories about mothers, grandmothers, weddings, anniversaries, and generations of family history.
Whether your pearls need a simple restringing or more extensive restoration, we understand that their sentimental value may far exceed their monetary value.
We treat every piece entrusted to us with care and respect.
We can:

We love finding ways to preserve the story of old jewelry while making it wearable for a new generation.
Clasp Replacement & Other Repairs
Sometimes the pearls are fine and the clasp is the problem.
We can replace many necklace and bracelet clasps. Depending on the construction of your jewelry, replacing the clasp may or may not require restringing the entire piece.
We can also help with repairs such as:
- Reattaching pearls to earrings
- Replacing pearls on rings or pins
- Drilling or redrilling pearls
- Repairing broken strands
- Adding or replacing beads
- Resizing necklaces and bracelets
- Cleaning pearl and beaded jewelry
We keep a variety of pearl sizes on hand and even have some vintage pearls available for repairs where an older pearl may be a better match.
What We Don't Do
Our specialty is pearls, stringing, knotting, beadwork, and related jewelry repair.
We do not perform repairs that require metal soldering or traditional stone setting.
