    Packaging 

    The Pearl Girls jewelry is packaged in a complementary organza pouch or gift box and includes a Certificate of Authenticity.

    Shipping

    Since we custom create your jewelry for you, please allow up to a week to ship your jewelry! When possible, we can ship within a day or two. 

    We ship during business hours Tuesday through Saturday. Please note, orders placed after 1 p.m. on Saturday will be processed on Tuesdays.

    • USPS Advantage mail is free for orders over $100. 
    • Orders under $100 will ship USPS Advantage mail for $9.99.
    • Reknots and repairs ship Advantage Mail for $9.99. 
    • Shipping insurance can be purchased for $1 per $100 value. 
    • Advantage Mail arrives in 5-6 business days.
    • Express Mail items will arrive in 2-3 business day and cost $29 or more per shipment.

    **We are seeing longer than usual shipping times, so please keep this in mind for any orders needed by a specific date!**

    Please know we cannot guarantee shipping times. Once your order leaves our hands, it is entirely up to the mail carrier to ensure the package arrives on time. If you need your jewelry fast, we encourage you to order as soon as possible.

    International Clients

    International shipments will be shipped through the U.S. Post Office. Due to occasional delays at the border, we will be unable to determine an exact shipping time although most packages arrive between 10 to 15 business days.

    Please know that The Pearl Girls is run by women and most of us have children or other loved ones we care for so we are not always available during holidays. We will try our best to get back to you as soon as possible!

    Guarantee


    The Pearl Girls offer a guarantee on the workmanship of our jewelry. If there are defects in the jewelry beyond normal wear and tear, simply return the items along with your receipt of purchase for a free repair or replacement. 


    Returns


    All jewelry pieces (except custom orders) are returnable for a refund or exchange up to 30 days after the original date of purchase. All returns can be mailed via USPS, FedEx or UPS  to:

    After the 30 day period, The Pearl Girls jewelry is not returnable. Refunds are not given for shipping or credit card charges.

    NOTICE... Restocking Fee

    Credit card companies and Paypal no longer refund their processing fees. This means we cannot offer a full refund because we have already lost those fees to the credit card processor. Please know your refund will be given minus 4% of the order and a flat $20 fee to cover shipping charges. This is for every shipped order.

    Returns in the store will be returned minus the 4%.

    Cash orders will receive the full refund.

    We apologize for this inconvenience but please know this prior to placing your order. 

    Special Orders

    Please also understand that custom creations and special orders require prepayment are not returnable!

    At times we will deeply discount items or have retirement sales (where we retire a certain design). Any jewelry bought during these sales are considered Final Sale.

    Pearl Trips

    Any deposits made on our Pearl Adventures are not refundable. These trips are considered final sale and cannot be refunded, returned or canceled.

    Coupon Codes

    Coupon codes ONLY apply to new jewelry and do not apply to our Pearl Classes, Pearl Trips or Reknot and Restringing Service.

    Repairing The Pearl Girls Jewelry

    On down the road, if you have any issues with your jewelry, we will be happy to help you repair any jewelry purchased from The Pearl Girls. The Pearl Girls will not replace lost or stolen jewelry pieces.

    Pearl Classes

    We occasionally offer pearl classes. Please know these classes are nonrefundable. If you need to cancel you will not be refunded.
