It all started when we started making The Pearl Girls® jewelry at our home-base in Athens, GA. People came to us wanting small edits to our existing line of jewelry. We said, "No problem!" Then our devoted Pearl Girls wanted us to create custom pearl jewelry! Again, "No problem!" Next thing we know, we are putting pearls back in rings, restringing grandma's pearls, making necklaces into bracelets, changing clasps and fixing alot of broken jewelry pieces.

And our reach expanded! Now we receive packages from all over the world with jewelry for us to restring, reknot, re-envision, or repair. We specialize in pearl jewelry repair... and more. We work on beaded jewelry and gems, too! We have reknotted jet beads (with matching silk, of course!). We have restrung amber beads. One year we got alot of cloisonné beads to restring. We can also clean and refresh your jewelry! It is all so fun! 

We see alot of rings that need a new pearl which means we carry a full collection of pearls from 1mm in diameter to 15mm in diameter!

We do pretty much anything that does not require setting stones or soldering metal. Although, we do have a metalsmith on staff so even that part of The Pearl Girls® business is expanding, too.
