The Queen has arrived… just in time for Small Business Saturday! Or, as I now call it, small Business South Sea Saturday!!!
And for this glorious occasion, we are creating this custom, made-to-order gorgeous South Sea Pearl Necklace!
Here it is!
Did you know South Sea pearls are called the Queen of Gems? This necklace features a gorgeous large (around 11mm) South Sea Pearl that I hand selected in Vietnam. The pearls are the Classic, silvery white color. Although I do have one or two with more of the golden tone to them. (Let me know if you prefer the golden South Sea). These pearls are slightly baroque.
These necklaces are on a larger 14k gold fill cable chain.
The difference in this one is the beautiful silvery white tone that South Sea pearls are known for.
So, if you are wondering why the different pearls (and different pearl prices!) these are all based on the various value of the pearls we use. This pearl is more baroque (not completely round) but these pearls are more expensive than Freshwater counterparts. In fact, South Sea pearls are some of the most expensive pearls in the market!
Each year I take a trip to a new international pearl farm, and I bring an amazing group of people with me! You are welcome to join me on my pearl adventures, too! There pearls came from my trip in Vietnam. And, yes, I promise I will put out details on my next trip soon!
Needless to say the trip was absolutely amazing! And the pearls are stunning!
South Sea pearls can be either silvery white or golden yellow. I Have more of these silvery white pearls. If you remember reading about my trip the The Philippines, they specialize in the golden South Sea Pearls. The difference in these pearls and Akoya pearls is the tone, luster and the nacre is thick and robust in South Seas, too! The are really stunning pearls and I have been loving these.
And now is a chance for you to own a South Sea pearl!
Okay, I will quit rambling! 😊
We will make these to order. Standard length is 18”. Prefer a different length? Let us know in order notes!
